Integration from SQL Server for General Ledger Entity

Dears.
 
We have a job to do to push more than 3000 thousand lines(per week) for creation of General Ledger Entry. From General Ledger.
What is best practice we can use to avoid issues.
Source is Local SQL server and destination is FNO test Environment.
 
-1-Data Entity from FNO (Using Visual Studio and postman)
-2-Any other way ?
