    HI ,

The Error suggests that you dont have sufficient privileges to perform the action .

Can you please check your security roles if they have the required update/delete permissions .

If your in development environment then try to perform the same actions with System Administrator role and see if you get similar errors .

    Thanks!

    Hi.

I have administrator role in CRM with AD user login

    r2.PNG

But error for system user CRMSVC.

In Report Manager i Add roles for this user.

    r2.PNG

ISS pool works under this CRMSVC user, and can't be other, because appear error to impossible to login in CRM.

    r3.PNG

But maybe need other role change like in ISS, AD, SQL, SQL Reports, Running name Host Services...
    Bu where, and what exactly?

Ok, i found my issue. this installation is IFD and when a user used http it didn't work. A url rewrite from http to https did the trick.
