Track and Set-Regarding not visible in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook - On Premise

Hey everybody, 

after applying the CRM On-Premises patch to Version 2104 (9.1.41.7), the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook no longer shows the Set Regarding and Track options.
 
Environment details:
Server version: 9.1.0041.0007
Client version: 1.4.10795-v91onpremise
Organization type: On-premises
Host-Version: 1.2.652-251103-235628-v91onpremise
 


In the console, it references "mailapp_settings", but this entity does not exist in the on-premise environments.

As a result, the following error occurs:
[uci_monitor_failure]   [MailApp.CRMProvider.GetGraphAppId]	Message: CRMProvider.GetGraphAppId XMLHTTPRequest failed
I am also seeking a timely solution to this issue, as it is blocking our Sales Workflow in production.

    I have this working again now thanks to this guy posting their comms with support in this blog post. Make sure you that back up your crmmailapp folder before replacing the files with the contents of the 2nd zip file.
