Dear all,
Can any one help me for the below scenario,
1. USER send an email to us asking for Quotation through email.
2. After receiving an email we are creating a quote and mapping the Regarding Object id field of that quote through outlook Track.
3. After tracking In CRM an email is created with status as Received.
4. Now I need to reply to that email using Plugins/workflow, so that the content of the first mail body will not go and I need to add my content in the body as "Please find the attached email".
I have achieved this for sending an email, is it possible to send an email using Reply in plugins or workflow ? Sothat if he again send an email for revision of quotation, I can Revise the quotation and reply to the same email, so that the content remains same and it will be easy for tracking too.
I have achieved this for sending an email with attached quotation, but it is generated a new email, is it possible to send an email using Reply option in plugins or workflow ?
