The menu item with name vendtablelistpage / custtablelistpage could not be opened.

Hello everyone,

I just completed the setups for a specific legal entity and generated the number sequences with the wizard functionality, and now I receive following error messages when trying to open customers or vendors list page in this specific legal entity:

The menu item with name vendtablelistpage / custtablelistpage could not be opened.

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Create method cannot be called on FormDataSource 'DirPartyTable' with a join structure that has an inheritance hierarchy with derived types. CreateTypes method must be used instead.

Has anyone had this problem before?

    Does other use encounter same exception? Can user with sysadmin role open these forms?  Do you have any personalization or saved view on these forms?

    many thanks for your hints.

    Does other use encounter same exception? => no, and I tested with a test user non sysadmin. After creating the first customer and vendor with the non sysadmin test user, I was then able to open the vendtablelistpage & custtablelistpage as normal with my sysadmin user.

    Can user with sysadmin role open these forms? => no

    Do you have any personalization or saved view on these forms? => no

    One user is facing this issue when trying to create a customer from Party.
