Dynamics CRM Unified Service Desk Integration with Skype for Business

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario I need to add Skype for business with Unified Service Desk and maintain logs and records in Dynamic CRM for all call and chats.

This functionality will provide USD user to direct call or chat  with customers using Skype for Business and all chats will be saved in Dynamics CRM along side selected Contact and make call logs.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Vaibhav, You should check out AMC Technology as we have Out-Of-Box integration with S4B/USD/D365 that provides direct call controls within USD to enhance agent efficiency additionally we have  integration with chat internal/external functionality with collaboration.
