Unable to create record in sales line

Hi,

I am having this error whenever I add new line in the sales order line - Cannot create a record in Order lines (SalesLine). Sales order: XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXX. The record already exists.

Although, I already set the LotID number sequence to continuous and manual clean up on sales order number sequence. I actually follow the resolution given in this link.

    Hi Gecel,

    Check if there are number sequence in the free list on number sequence for lot of that may be getting used again and causing duplicate. You may have to delete from the list. Also check unique indexes and then try to determine what causing the issue.

    Lot ID should not be set up as continuous as it will cause unnecessary performance load.

    Please check what is the next Lot ID that the number sequence is trying to give you, and make sure that such number is not already existing in SalesLine table. Adjust the number sequence's Next value if necessary, so that it gives you a new (and not used) number.
