Permission Setup in Business Central

Hi there,

We have 2 Business Central groups, one is finance which can use all functions. The Other is Operation team which shouldn't see finance/ledger data, but  they will use Purchase Order and Purchase Invoice function.

Trying to customize the Permission Set to realize above requirement, but not sure which Table is related to Ledger which should be remove the permission.

    You can use the Page Inspection Pane to check the table no. on any page you're in: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-inspect-page

    Click Ctrl+Alt+F1 to open the pane and you will see:

    if you dont want users to see financial data its typically the G/L Entry table as a starting point

    Hi, You can also use the Record Permissions function to record all permissions.
