Hi all,
I have a error when i try import the .zip file .
The .zip file's size is 1MB
MSCRMUnzipService is running
6327.Capture.PNG

and this is error message

I have searched solutions for it but i have no solution consistent. please, tell me how i can solve it.

Even though this is an old post but I would still like to reply because I ran into this problem recently and couldn't find a solution on the internet.

What worked for me was changing the Group to Local System for CRM Unzip Service.

Probably this is something else which CRM is unable to find and throwing this expectation. How about the Platform Traces and enabling the Dev Error. Are you getting any additional information from there?

Hi,

My .csv file contain account data.

I tried importing the file as .csv .It's successful. But the upload size cannot exceed 8MB. So I want to have .zip file that contain multiple files to increace the upload size

Hi,

Which entity's csv file is it. when you are importing records its better to import the file as csv.

Anyways, try importing the csv file as it is.

There shouldn't be much issue.

Whare the components included in the solution?
