
Hi,
The problem occurs when choosing Recipients for a new email (Click the "To" Button"). This opens the address book. When I select CRM Contacts in the dropdown list and type a search in the search bar, no filtering occurs on the contacts.
This seems a Outlook client problem because on the outlook contacts the search (filtering) does work.
Anyone know a reason for this?
