Outlook client. Address book CRM Contacts search does not work

Hi,

The problem occurs when choosing Recipients for a new email (Click the "To" Button"). This opens the address book. When I select CRM Contacts in the dropdown list and type a search in the search bar, no filtering occurs on the contacts.

This seems a Outlook client problem because on the outlook contacts the search (filtering) does work.

 

Anyone know a reason for this?

    Did you upgrade from CRM 4.0?  If so, the following link might explain what is happening and how to resolve the issue:
