Pat is the user attempting to run a report?  This is the most common place for this to happen.

This would suggest that the Launch File is pointing to a different location for one or more dictionaries.

Suggest that if you are comfortable with looking at the local copy of the DEX.ini file - open the file ( text editor ) and see that the location of the dictionaries all agree.

Another option is to ensure that the user has access - SECURITY - to the location where the dictionary is located.  The user may not have folder access required by Microsoft Dynamics to open / access a dictionary.  This can happen on the local machine as well as a network location.  Make sure that the user has Read / Write / Delete / Modify ( not sure if that is all - but do not require ALL or SPECIAL )

    Hope this helps.
