Creating a Custom KPI

hello,

I want to create a custom  KPI(Key Performance Indicator), and Implement it in my SLA.

Can somebody tell me how to create a KPI.

    Hi Prem,

    You cannot create your own KPi to show in SLA you can only use the SLA Configuration and use it as your KPI.

    Hi Prem,

    Yes, you can create your custom KPI. You need to create new 1:N relationship in SLA KPI Instance entity and add a quick view form in a case entity. You can then add the newly created KPI instance to the quick view form. Please refer this the below link:
