How Do We Obtain Service Packs For GP

Since CustomerSource is no longer, how do we obtain Service Packs.

I'm in the need of the 18.00.672 SP or KB4468818.

I'm getting nowhere trying to get this SP so that I can continue my upgrade to the 21st century.

Any ideas?
