Sales Orders are hanging up

I do mainly D365 user security for our new environment, and ouot of the blue, when I pull up a sales Order, and
click into it to see details, it stays on Please wait. We're processing your request. for several minutes before getting:
We've lost your connection. Click Close to continue working

Sales orders is the only thing that seems to be affected.
I rebooted, deleted my account & recreated, tried being Sys Admin, and nothing helped.

Thoughts of what I might try?

    It appears that some wrong code is written on the sales order form. Please check the code written on the Sales order form once.

    Might be affected due to wrong code in backend as Atul already mentioned!

    How these sales orders are getting created in system? Is it a manual creation or pushing data through any batch with huge record at a time? If any batch affects, did you check after the batch is ended?

    Have you tried clearing the usage data to see if that resolves the issue?

    (also try deleting Personalizations as well)

    Hi Rich Gouette,

    I see you already mentioned that you deleted your account and re-created and tried being the system admin too. That means.. resetting usage data may not help you. The moment you create the same user ID again, it gives a fresh start altogether.

    However, try by deleting the personalization as mentioned by Atul. Also please check in backend, if any custom code is creating this behaviour!
