Accounts Payable staff member suffers issue in GP 2016 in which changing companies causes a crash of the application. The AP and other staff members access GP via terminal server. The AP user is the only one of the group suffering problem. I have created user a new windows profile on TS but this did not provide a long term solution. Issue can happen anywhere from 0 - 3 times a day.
Any assistant would be helpful.

does it happen on a specific machine...try changing workstations and logging in?
if it is machine specific... try and copy the Great Plains directory from a working machine and dump it onto the broken one...
if it is user specific...recreate user...copying from a working one??
