Is Microsft able to extend the support for AD FS on-prem on Windows Server 2016 if a customer is in a shared tenant and the tenant has not migrated over to windows 2019? The extended support is for Paid Family Medical Leave in Washington State, which is working with a partner to move to the cloud, and timelines are TBD based on what we hear back from getting support extended.
Hi,
I believe Microsoft should still offer support. Well, we can not tell until you raise a support ticket.
Great idea, Komi. A support request is submitted. We shall see what happens next.
Hi Scallahan,
Note that this forum is about Dynamics 365 Finance. AD FS and Windows Server 2016 are used for on-premise environments, but your question belongs more in a Windows server community forum.
Thank you for this, Andre. This is a push in the right direction I needed.
