Data being deleted after PTE Upgrade/Install.

Hi Community Experts,

There is a weird scenario happening to us when we deploy an update to a client production instance it appears that records are getting deleted for some tables.

Is anyone here experienced the same issue before? Appreciate your inputs. Thank you.

    The first i would check is to see if there are any upgrade or install code in the app that can cause this.

    The second is the process you run during install / upgrade. If you first uninstall an app you are given the option to delete data as part of the uninstall process. Make sure that option is not used during uninstall.

    I have not experienced anything like that myself that was unexpected.
