I am trying to develop a merchants on-boarding process in CRM Dynamics 365. Which will include one of the phases as documents verification. The scanned copies of documents related to a merchant need to be uploaded, so that they are attached with a merchant 'opportunity' entity for future reference.
Any suggestion how to achieve this, I am currently trying to customize the lead to opportunity process for this.
