AOS dependency service or group failed to start

Hello,

I am trying to open AX 2012R3 but it is not opening ,  so i tried to start service but giving error. becouse of that i am not able to open AX. Please help me out . thanks in advance.Ax-service-error.jpg

    Hi Akshay,

    Please give more information about your instance and also check the Event viewer logs for clear error.

    The first thing to check is whether your SQL Server is running.

    Hi, Martin

    Sql server and sql server agent both services  are not running , when i ran these service giving me another error.

    Great, that explains why your AOS can't start. AX can't function without its database.

    You'll have to resolve the "other" error. If you need some help with it, you'll have to tell us more.

    Hi, Martin

    i have resolve all the problem related to SQL , now the database is running ,and AOS is also running

    Switching startup type of "DNS Client" service from Disabled to Manual helped in my case.
