After using the Outlook Add-In for many years and now enabling Server-Side Sync it seems that these two do not co-exist in perfect harmony. For example if you manually track an email in Outlook you get the tracking pane at the bottom and also there is an icon by the email in the inbox indicating that it has been tracked. However if the email is "tracked" by Server-Side Sync there is no indication in Outlook that the email was tracked at all. I keep hearing from users that "the emails aren't tracking" and what they really mean is that they think the automatic creating of emails in CRM that Server-Side Sync does isn't working.
Can anyone confirm that this is the expected behavior?
