Hi folks,
One of my clients asked for a report/view where I can see how many people opened the marketing email from desktop vs mobile. I can see the view in Email Insights from the Interactions tab as shown below:
However, I am only getting data filled for contacts opening the email from desktop browsers. Seems to be a bug.
Any leads on why it is happening or what other ways are possible to check the mobile insights for a marketing email?
