Disabling any changes to Prices & Discount - sales quotes

Hi. How do we make certain that prices & discounts in a sales quote are never overridden when converting a quote to a sales order. We don't want the dialog box unless the default is always "No Change".

Our AX implementation is AX2012 R3.
