SYSTEM data persists

Hi, I'm just getting CRM online set up. I removed all the sample data, but one sample account persists, Chic Department Stores. It's owner is "SYSTEM". I cannot delete it, and I cannot set its opportunities to "Lost" so that I can enter my opportunities and create my pipeline without the 6 Chic opportunities messing everything up. The messages when I try to delete or change the status all relate to dependencies or other things like quotes not being closed.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this Chic data?

    Hi Ken,

    Are you able to delete the opportunity and opportunity products? You'll need to get rid of almost all the related records before you can delete the account.
