Hello All !
I have created a shared mailbox and configured that in Dynamics 365. Emails that are placed in INBOX folder(Outlook shared mail address) are only getting tracked into CRM successfully.
But spam/junk mails which are available under JUNK folder are not getting tracked to Dynamics 365.Can someone help me to fix this issue ??Thanks in advance !

Hi SandeepV,
As document said, you can choose All email messages option in the Track list
Set an option to automatically track incoming Outlook email in Dynamics 365 for Outlook | Microsoft Docs
All email messages. Tracks all email messages (sent and received) related to Customer Engagement email messages. If you select this option, Dynamics 365 apps will track junk mail as well as business conversations, so choose this option carefully.
Or you can set safe sender in Junk email folder to block these emails into junk folder.
Or you can Track Emails by setting “Tracked To Dynamics 365” Category in Outlook
Track Emails by setting "Tracked To Dynamics 365" Category in Outlook | CloudFronts

Hi Leah,
Thanks for your response !!
Missed to update the issue status here.
Actually, I've maintained the similar setup in Queue configuration in CRM, to track all emails in the Shared mailbox.
But still, mails are not getting tracked into Dynamics.
Hi SandeepV,
If so, you need set safe sender in Junk email folder to block these emails into junk folder or Track Emails by setting “Tracked To Dynamics 365” Category in Outlook.
