Ribbon button "Selection Count Rule" is not working on home page of custom entity

Hello Everyone !!

I have added one ribbon button on the Home Page of one Custom Entity and added "SelectionCountRule" enable rule to display this button only at least ONE record selected.

This enable rule is not working and when I have checked this from "Command Checker", the result of Enable rule is "Skipped".

The same rule is working fine on the button added on the subgrid.

Is anyone has any idea why the rule is not working on Home page? Is it something like Microsoft is not supporting this rule for Home Page?
