Hi, complete noob here. I've been tasked with 2 things recently and im unsure how to go about doing them. 1st is the ip phone app 3CX, our company has an on premise server for it. I recieved an email instructing me to "remove a license for user A since she stopped working here, and create/give a license to a new user B". All the info i have for user B is name , email and a 9 digit number - i presume the prefered caller ID? I have no idea or knowledge about the program, i've gotten to the dashboard but not sure hwo to proceed nor have i found any manuals/guides on what to do. 2nd issue is that the user B from first paragraph "needs access to CRM", so the MS dynamics crm. How/what do i do? Im assuming this is an issue of licenses and security groups/roles - both of which i'd manage via office admin portal? thanks for any advice. PMP Payslip First Registration
