Hi, is that possible to have multiple customer in one case, and how to associate with account in the subgrid? As far as I know, there is only one customer field

There is just the one customer field. You could link multiple customers in a couple of ways:

You could use connections, which also allows you to specify a role, which may be useful

You could create a custom N:N relationship between the account and case entity
