Let's say I use a CMP (like Usercentrics) on my website to comply with European GDPR.
this means I have to enter the Tracking Script of the Marketing app as a service in the CMP-Software, so the vistor can either agree or reject the script.
I also have to provide the visitor wih information about what is happening with their data. Where can I find these?
The required information is:
- Who is the processing company? (Microsoft or us as the subscriber of Dynamics365?)
In the case of the Linkedin-Pixel it is Linkedin Ireland!
- Which data is collected exactly (e.g. IP address, device information, referrer URL asf.)
- Retention period (when will the data be deleted? 90 days?)
- Technologies used (e.g. cookies, pixels)
- The country/countries where the data is stored (e.g. is the data stored on servers in the US?)
- The email address of the data processor of the company (Again, WHO IS the processing company here, Microsft and/or our company?)
- Opt-out URL (if available)
So, where do I find this information?
