Error when starting production order

When I'm starting a production order, I'm getting this error message,

"Quantity 0.00 cannot be updated with inventory reference Prod. picking list journal because inventory transactions with status On order, Reserved ordered, Reserved physical or Picked are insufficient."

Anyone face this this before
