Dynamics 365 Sales Hub - Sales Accelerator Sequence

Hello Experts,

I am working with our Sales team to start using Sales accelerator capabilities from our Insight Sales Processes. I find the features of Sequences and Segments are good fit. However, our sales process starts from Contacts. Now, when I create a sequence based on Contact record, I cannot find a step for "Automated Email". There is only "Email" step which is definitely a manual one. 

The Automated Step is available in Sequence based on Leads and Opportunity records type. Please see below

Is there a way we can enable Automated Email on Contacts?. Please suggest

    Hi Preetam Yengkokpam,

    Yes, that 'Email' step is a manual step. And there is no way to enable 'Automated email' for contacts.

    You could post an idea here to progress this feature:

    Hi Preetam,

    As of now the automated email step for Contact is not available.

    If you need, you can create Power Automate until Microsoft make this feature available.
