What are the results of redeploying Enterprise Portal Site?

I have 2 Document Library setup that are setup through Enterprise Portal and a site that was setup through Enterprise Portal.

These where not deployed through AOT.

If I redeploy the Enterprise Portal site, will it over write the Document Library and site that was added through the Enterprise Portal site?

I have included screen shots of the document library and site for clarity. Also the deployment method I will be using.
