Channel database error - Can not full data sync

Hello everyone,

Suddenly, I have error in Channel Database: "The required data encryption certificate was not found when trying to edit the Database connection profile table and the ConnectionString field. Please add a valid certificate".

I try to full sync 9999, But It can not applied. Just status avaiable.

Can you advice me some ways to fix it.

What I do:
1. Restore DB from Dev -> Dev

2. Run script change tracking

3. Run AdminUserProvision.

4. Run RetailTenantUpdateTool

=> D365 login and access with role admin is okay. But In channel database have errors below:

Is there any expired certificate in IIS?

Hi Xusheng,

I have checked all of server certificate, all of this is okay, and expired date from 2022.

Could you have any ideas?

Hi Nghia,

I suggest you redeploy a package which include all Retail Modules to refresh the currently ENV.

If it still not working, please log a service ticket to Microsoft Commerce support team.
