I came across an interesting bug in the Historical Detailed TB report. When you run the report with subtotals for periods, it does not calculate the Net Change properly. It calculates the ending balance, total debits and total credits correctly. The Net Change actually picks up the transaction amount of the first transaction for the next oeriod. When it gets to the last period on the report for an account, then it calculates the correct net change.
This is not a modified report, it is an original GP report.. I also ran it at two different customer sites with the same results.
I ran the reconciler. That didn't resolve it. The current year TB report processes correctly as well.
Has anyone else come across this? Is there a fix or a work around for it?
