How to put a "Click Here' label in Email content originate through Workflow of F&O to redirect to the approval form

Hi All,

I need to know how can i out "Click Here' label in Email content originate through Workflow which will redirect directly to the form.

I have a content of email like

" Timesheet is pending for approval. 

Click here to approve it.

How can i embed the link to the approval screen of timesheet.
