Hi Folks
We are very unsatisfied with the social crm capabilities in the spring update 2013. We use both Social Listening and Dynamics Marketing together with CRM Online. It seems that the only way to integrate Feeds and use of the social media profiles and social activities within CRM is by use of Social Care Sample Application.
There is only ONE desciption available by Aileen Gusni, but unfortunately we have no idea to get the URI required (App Registration in azure) for Setup of the Care Application. Beside this it's only a sample for twitter Integration and not for Facebook, which would be much more worthful for Social Care processes.
It is unbelievable that Microsoft describes in all the Marketing materials al lot of possibilities but, at the end, no way to use Social Listening or Dynamics Marketing for such Scenarios.
A lot of entities are predefined in CRM (Social axctivities and social profiles and cases and so on) but i am wondering why absolutely no Information about the necessarity to be an Azure Expert and Application Developer can be found and it seems that Mrs. Gusni and we are the only ones in the community who have a Need of social care Integration.
In my mind, I have paid enough license fee for the CRM Enterprise license and it should be possible to get a useful sample application to integrate social post within the CRM System.
Does anyone has the same Problems?
