Hi there, I am trying to configure server-based SharePoint integration when running the wizard it wont get into the screen where you put the sharepoint url and realmID (Prepare Sites) it just keeps on loading and when i hit F12 dev tools im getting a javascript error "Unable to get property 'toString' of undefined or null reference.

Any ideas on how to fix this.

    Hi,

Make sure you have all the updated patch installed for CRM 2016 ( Assuming you have CRM on premise deployment) , if this problem still there raise a support ticket for Microsoft.

    Hi Mahender,

Thanks for your reply. Its a CRM 2016 on-premise environment. It's so frustrating when you planned everything and knowing its going to work as you've configured this successfully to similar environments and noted all the issues and resolution encountered during the process and when the day comes to configure it again (with much confidence!!) and this issue arises unexpectedly. =( SMH!

Anyway, we're now planning to log this issue Microsoft and hoping to have resolution soon!

    Regards

    Hello Rupert,

Did you end up finding a solution for this? I am also experiencing the same error on a random developer box.

    Best regards,

    André

    Hi,

Its been a while since we did this, but as far as i remember its related to absolute urls still exist in CRM even though its not showing in CRM gridviews. To find this what i did is to run SQL Profiler on CRM Database and run through again to the wizard and keep an eye on the SQL statements on this step. You should find the SELECT statement that retrieves the absolute urls that you should be deleting.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks

    Rupert
