I want find the navision's awards not for exam, like

AFAIK there is only the CfMD - short for "Certified for Microsoft Dynamics" logo. But this is for NAV AddOns and AddIns. The NAV partners can (try) to acquire it. The other thing is IMO no longer necessary. Microsoft bough Navision A/S in 2001.
