CRM 2016 error session is expiring while in the middle of application usage

Hi All, After upgradation CRM 2011 to 2016 version we are facing session frequently even though in the middle of application usage it is giving message as  Session has expired plaese sign in again could any one help us how to increase session and will session expires while using application in the middle as of my knowledge it will expiry if we leave the application idle for a while

    One quick check you can perform is to check if application pool is resetting or not. Reset will clear all the sessions by default. Set it to non working hours.

     in case you are using ADFS, you may want to configure session timeout:

    technet.microsoft.com/.../gg188586(v=crm.6).aspx
