Why isn't Arial a font option for KB Articles?

My client wants all emails to be Arial 12pt, to meet their accessibility guidelines etc.

It's annoying enough to find that it's not possible to set the default email editor font, but even more so to find that Arial isn't even a font option in KB Articles!

Or am I missing something??

    Unfortunately yes we do not have the Arial option available now in Font for KB Articles. You can update the same ask in CRM ideas link https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/
