Email Router does not work after Exchange Migrate

Hi there all experts.
I have Dynamic CRM 2011 on-permise.
Previously I had Exchange and Active Directory service on the same server.
And the name of server was : server-name.mycompany.co
mycompany.co was the domain name and server-name was the name of server.
For exp, If I had a user, I just set the user name.
User had name Albert was something like this :
server-name\Albert
And set Email Router for in-incoming and out-coming :
3187.tempsnip.png
Now It does not send emails !
I have not configurate the server.
I just wanna know what happened.
Now Exchange is in another server named Exchange-srv.mycomany.co
But Active directory server name is the same before.
And both of them in the same domain name : mycompany.co
I have an email router in the CRM server, for outgoing emails and external emails.( that is not important )
And another in the exchange server.
I guess It should be some configurations on the exchange server.
Note again that I have not configured this server.
Any help will appreciated.

    Hi Albert,

Did you reconfigure the CRM Email Router and pointed it to the new Exchange Server?

    See technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699786.aspx for details

Also if the Email Router configuration is OK and you don't get any errors when you Test Access then I would suggest you enable email router logs and check the errors there

See this blog article with explanations: community.dynamics.com/.../email-router-demystified-tools-for-troubleshooting-email-router-logging

    Hope this helps,

    Radu

    Thanks for your reply.

I have two MS email router service.( One in Server side and another in Exchange Side )

Yes, You are right, I have Email router configuration Management ( CRM Side ) and  that is Configures for external emails.( That is not important for now ! )

My problem is about internal and local emails.

Our exchange server works good via outlook.

But for sending email with in the local and company via crm does not work.

As I said I do not have configured the server.

And another point is that the MS Email Router service also exist in Exchange Server and it is already started.( Services in both side and Email router configuration Management for external emails in CRM server )

Should I do anything in Exchange Configurations?

You are talking about email and router configuration, and that's really great to see. I want to that. If you are using this then sometimes you might be facing Wii Error Code 51330 and you need to solve it as soon as possible. I want to say the article you are explaining so proper and easy to understand.
