unbalanced Analytical Accounting errors after GL year end close is done in GP2016. error with P/L distribution lines

Please help

my client is using GP2016 (16.00.0814) including Analytical Accounting. Also using Binary Stream's multi entity management module.

when the year end closing was done there were no error messages, all appeared to go well. the GL is in balance, TB looks good.

however the Analytical Accounting information is not correct. upon inspection I noticed that all the distribution lines that have a sourcdoc of P/L are incorrect. the tolal amount for each line is not correct and so are the trx dimension codes that are assigned.

I have done all the sql and set up checks before doing the gl year end close and there were no errors to report. all was in order.

how do I fix this?
