GoBack, GoForward, Refresh button not working in Unified service Desk

I am working on Unified Service Desk 4.1 and trying to implement GoBack, GoForward and Refresh button logic.

Unfortunately it is not working. I am not sure why. The buttons are appearing on my toolbar but they are just not working,

I have followed following link to implement these buttons,

    thank you very much for using the Dynamics CRM Forum. My Name is Daniel Neudert and I will try to further support you with your issue on this.

    Please note, after checking your provided link, there it's already mentioned, the Buttons maybe not work properly.

    To understand your issue in more details, can you please let me understand for more clarification following questions:

    - Are you using an CRM Online or On-Premise environment and which CRM version you are connecting to?

    - If you click on your buttons, are you facing an error message, or is nothing happening, if you click on it?

    - Is this everywhere within USD not working or only on some particular areas, like contact lists or so?

    Further, I will try to implement this in my test lab, to also verify the behavior on my side.
