I'm currently configuring the field servicing module in CRM but the documentation is lacking in areas. Could anyone please describe what needs to go in the following fields, in the resource scheduling administration settings:

I am not very sure, but i remember having the same question and found out that, if you want to have a separate entity storing location data and you want to use that location data for scheduling work orders in field services you can use custom Geo configuration as above.
Custom Geo Location Entity - The entity storing your Locations
Custom Geo Resource Field - The resource field for your custom Geo configuration.
Custom Geo Latitude Field - The Field in your entity which stores the Latitude
Custom Geo Longitude Field - The Field in your entity which stores the Longitude
Custom Geo Timestamp field - The Field in your entity which stores the Timestamp related data.
