Ms crm on premise error while trying to login in mobile app

Hi community,
 
Recently we configured IFD and claim based autentication so far crm is working fine in browser, but our client needs to use mobile app also, in mobile app when we trying to give the url we are facing signin failed error.
 
Here the steps we followed in mobile app to login: 
 
1. Entered the crm url.
 
2. It loads and throwing signin failed.
 
And we also tried with global IP it throws server not reachable.
 
Pls help as to troubleshoot the issue.
