Hi,
I would like some help to find out what I am doing wrong?
I have i timeline that is sorted on created but I have some post that comes up wrong in the timeline.
Hi Livan,
You sort activities by created in the timeline, but the timestamp of the activity shown in the timeline is not necessarily the timestamp of its creation.
For the activity you marked on screenshot--Appointment, it is set to display the "start time" by default.
Clicking 'Appointment' to view default form in the timeline properties:
The field in the footer section is the one that appear in the bottom right hand corner of the timeline, it is 'start time'.
If you want to display other field for an appointment,you can either edit the existing card form, use a different card form from record settings, or customize your own.
