    Hi Crispin,

I test the connection in the AX Report Parameters successfully.

I try the url and I followed the instructions, then when I test the connection in Reporting Sevice Configuration Manager no errors appear,  my configuration was correctly.

Its weird because all seems to be correct, all test connections are successfully, but for some reason i can't open any report. I have no clue what's happening.

What user account is the SSRS service running on?

Is it the same account that you have specified as the business connector proxty account in AX in System administration - Setup - System service accounts?

Is this account active? Has the password changed?

Maybe should I add ".com" to the domain of the account?? contoso.com\Admin???

    The password has not changed.

Thanks for the help by the way.

    PD:

I just realised that in "reporting configuration manager" the user of the credentials it's in fact different->

I don't know if this is important.

The account settings in AX and in the Services form look ok.

Even though you say the password hasn't changed, I would still try to input it again for the service, just to rule that out.

So please use Reporting Services Configuration manager to setup the execution account (instructions can be found in Crispin's message in this discussion).

    Problem solved,

I introduced again the password of the Service Account and Execution Account.

    Thanks.
