Incorrect stock quantity

I have a part number that will not reconcile to the correct stock count due to the fact that in 2013, a user incorrectly applied a returned amount on an RGA SOP. Is there anything you can do on the back end to clear out the 70qty Returned from 2013 to correct the Total Stock quantity?

Hi Mahmoud thank you for your response. Here are the results to your script.

TRX_Balance - 76

Master Balance- 6

Master Allocated Qty- 0

Available qty-6

Variance- 70

I can't seem to add any more pictures. Is there something from the item inquiry you wanted to know specifically?

On hand: 6

Allocated:0

Available: 6

Sold:330

Returned:70

Okay great then,

We are talking about a variance of 70 rolls which are stock under the quantity type of returned. Therefore, you will have to post an inventory transfer for the same transaction location, and different quantity types (Returned . On Hand)

Go to Transactions > Inventory > Transfer

Enter the same location on both fields (from location, to location)

Click on the "Quantity Type" button, and choose to transfer from "Returned" to "On hand"
