Project Acounting - actual close date

Does project accounting store an 'Actual Close Date' for a project? If so, what table / field is it

I am trying to create an 'as at' report. All projects that were open on 01 March 2011 (some of them will have been closed since then, but I still need them on the report).

The relevant part of the report query would be something like:

Select all closed projects where the Actual Close date > 01 March 2011.
