Hi.

Is there any way that I can disable all systems reports instead of delete them?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi ITHLHOG,

You cannot deactivate report, there is no status reason of this report, active and non-active like other entities through the UI, I think you can just "hide" it, by un-display those reports.

There are two ways, first through the solution, hide it by removing the display options:

Remove all the display in area

And do not to save and publish (for report I think it's optional, but can do it also)

Then, other way, you can change the Visibility by changing the Ownership type from organization to individual.

But, you cannot do it through solution, instead, go to the Sales -> Reports

Then click Edit, change the Viewable..

Once you change the viewable, only the individual owner can see this report, unless the owner share it out.

I hope this can help you!

    Thanks.

At first, edit the reports, then change the display area options, remove all.

The users will not be confused anymore later.

    Hi ITHLHOG,

I believe the best option would be to hide the reports, you can do it by going to reports > check box the OOB reports > Edit > administration tab > select individual.

By selecting this option the OOB reports will only be visible for the system administrator, no other users will be able to view it anymore.

    Hi Everyone again,

I followed Aileen's direction by switching the reports from Organizations to Individual. This worked for a couple days and the systems automatically switch back to Organizations.

I would appreciate any help in this matter.

    Thanks!
