Hi,

When I click on Distribute amount button following warning message appears.

"The Accounting distribution form is not available because there are no amounts to distribute.".

I am not able to splt the amount or reset even.

Hi Sourav,

I have a similar issue here. I'm working on a sector public sector. When I make a purchase order, and I click DISTRIBUITE AMOUNTS, I get the same error "The Accounting distribution form is not available because there are no amounts to distribute" As you can see it's a Service type product.

Could you guide me? Thanks in advance!

As I mentioned; system will not allow you to do any action in the Distribute amounts form as you are using stocked item.

Kindly check with any service item if you are able to perform any activity in the same form or not.

I am using Stocked type of Item. New Fixed asset is disabled in PO line.

But in this case how to distribute amount to multiple financial dimension.

Hello SadiqQ,

When you open the Distribute amounts form in the PO and see the main accounts already available with financial dimension combinations; that means system already distributed the amount and nothing is pending or left for distribution.

But here you need to check below point and confirm us back if this is something happened in system.

--- System will allow you to click on 'Split' and 'Reset' only when you are using service type of items in the PO line.

--- System will not allow you to click on 'Split' and 'Reset' only when you are using stocked type item and also if you selected "Is New fixed assets?" check box enabled in the PO line.

Kindly check this in any open PO and provide your feedback in this Forum.

Do you accounting distributions when you click on Accounting distributions form instead of Distribute amounts button?

Your PO is in Confirmed and Invoiced status. You would have to have the PO in any status other than Invoiced status I believe to do the split. Please try on another PO which is in either Open order status and see if that works.
